I am not receiving pics that are sent to my iphone 15 Pro in a text thread, from an Android user. I do receive the text, but the pic is missing. Please advise.
Is it only one Android user, or all Android users you can't receive pictures in texts? iOS 18 is going to support RCS format, but with iOS 17 and earlier not supporting RCS, maybe the Android user needs to send it as MMS format only and shut off RCS?

When did the issue start? What recent changes have you made? Aside from the picture messages, any other problems?

I am having the same problem and Apple says it is a Verizon issue.
