recently switched over can't receive phone calls

I recently ported my number from Net10. They said it was fine on their end. And I was able to register my phone... but I cannot receive sms or any phone calls at all. They just go to voice mail. Which I can't hear or see. I am not sure what to do. I ported over a month ago.

What is the make and model of your phone? It's possible that your phone isn't entirely compatible with Verizon's network.
If it is an eSIM phone, you may need a new eSIM because there was a major outage affecting eSIM phones a bit over a month ago. Another thing to try is a network reset.
