I live in Egypt and I got the phone from a mistaken purchase. I didn't know exactly that there is a phone without a SIM card. But after the phone arrived in Egypt, I discovered that it doesn't have a SIM card. The problem is not in that either. I can't contact the service provider in Egypt because the phone is connected to a network in America.I cannot create an account to contact you. Please contact me.I want to close the service provider to run the service for a local mobile network

You need to get a refund from the seller.  Unfortunately, this sort of thing happens all the time with phones which were stolen, blacklisted, broken, hacked, or just dumped onto unsuspecting people.

It's not stolen, I bought it from the used Apple storeI appreciate that. The problem in Egypt is that I cannot access the site, only the comments, and when chatting, it exits.

You still need to get a refund because you were sold a carrier locked device which won't work on a local carrier.  Verizon will not unlock phones remotely, nor will they unlock phones where the full history can't be checked.

We understand how frustrating it must be to be unable to use the devices that were purchased. You will want to reach out to the seller of the devices for additional assistance. Verizon is only able to assist with devices that are purchased from Verizon.
