voicemail wrong language

when i call *86 all options are in spanish on voicemail. how do i change it back to english?

That's odd.  Maybe it's something with the language settings on My Verizon?

Thank you for reaching out regarding your voicemail.  What you can do to change it back to English is to select option 4 for Personal Options, then Option 2 for Administrative Options, then option 1 for General Options, then Option 5 for Language.  -Dee
