I ordered an Xbox headset on 12/23/23 and it was supposed to deliver on the 28th according to tracking info. I’ve now talked to 2 different reps and they say they fixed the issues with the shipping yet I still have not received the order. I reached out again today and the rep told me I don’t have any orders in the system. Did I just get robbed??

Here we are 1/11/24 and still no headphones. Verizon claims they don’t even see my account even though I’ve been a premium service account since June 2023. I’ve officially been robbed of headphones and out 70$
