$200 VZ gift card ordered from Verizon.com not working.

Earlier this month I ordered a $200 Verizon gift card from Verizon.com ( https://www.verizon.com/products/gift-cards/ ). I received this card but have been unable to make a payment with in on my FIOS or Wireless account. Getting the error "The Gift Card Number or the PIN used is invalid" on the gift cards check balance page ( https://www.verizon.com/sales/nextgen/giftcardbalance.html ) I have entered the card # and pin dozens of times, so I am confident I am putting the numbers in correctly. It seems that I was sent a bad card. Can someone help get this card working for me?
