$200 Verizon Gift Card Not Working

Hi. I bought a $200 Verizon Gift Card on the Verizon site and am trying to use it. However, when I tried to pay my bill I keep getting this error message “We apologize, we are unable to process your request. Please verify your Gift Card and try again.”
Has anyone encountered this? Can I get a $200 refund or a new gift card so I can actually use the gift card?

That sounds really frustrating — you're definitely not the only one who's run into this issue. Sometimes Verizon gift cards take up to 72 hours to activate fully, even after purchase. If it's been longer than that and you're still getting that error, I’d recommend calling Verizon support directly (not just chat) and asking them to verify the card balance and status.
Also, make sure you're entering the full gift card number with no spaces and using it in the correct section during bill payment (some users accidentally try to use it in the promo/rewards field).
If it’s a system issue and the card is confirmed valid, they should be able to either issue you a replacement or escalate the case for a refund.
