I had called Verizon to have my home internet returned because it wasn’t working in a performance I had needed. After attempting to get breakfast this morning my account was negative. No one had told me they would be charging me $35 to return a product that wasn’t worth it for me. I was told there would be no charge. I’m done with Verizon.
