Being charged for returned equipment

Hello,

I have a huge problem that Verizon will not take care of.  On 07/07/2024 I returned all of my Fios equipment to the Verizon store in Hunt Valley, MD.  I then received a bill for $198 saying I owed for two set top boxes that were not returned.  These items are clearly listed on the receipt.  After calling Verizon multiple times I was told that this was taken care of and off my account.  Verizon then contacted the credit services and reported that I had a bill 60 days past due.  It dropped my Fico score 65 points.  I put in a claim against this and Verizon continues to say I owe this money even though I have provided them with a copy of the receipt.  Does anyone have a suggestion?
