Don’t believe the system even when it tells you the amount of your purchase on a trade in/ buy out., Or early upgrade deal. It’s all a ploy. They come up with their own way of doing things and billing that makes zero sense. They will charge whatever they can to squeeze every dime out of you on top of charging ungodly amounts for monthly services. Don’t reach out to customer service either because you will speak to them for hours with seven different explanations of why they are right and why you are stuck with an $800 bill. They will thank you for being a long time customer etc, but those words are empty. Run far away from the ploy that is Verizon.
