Reached out to discuss a bill issue. Was told they couldn't do anything for 2 weeks. I needed to call back then. That's not acceptable. When I asked for a supervisor it took 12 reps and me asking 10 times to get one. When I got one the first one told me he could fix it. Then ignored the rest of my issue. The 2nd one refused to honor what the first one said. I tried reaching out to the executive team after about week of nothing. Now it's been another week. I keep getting text saying an executive would be in touch. No one ever called. Im still waiting for someone to call me. I have lied to and mislead by verizon. Now im being ran around in the hope that i just good up. Im canceling my service and switching. Any company has to care more than this one. Been a customer for 6 years now. Before this i used verizon prepaid. The test of my family uses verizon prepaid. Looks like everyone is going to be looking for a new provider.
