We just got our internet for hour home during the placing our new order we were given an amount that was guaranteed for 5 years
We do have direct pay but opted out of our checking to be the primary payee
Now our bill is completely off the charts . Costumer service is just giving us the run around
I email executive costumer relations but the call back number is not correct
Can someone plz help us through the core t channels . I have been spending majority of my time on the phone and it is torture
