I am a long-time business customer trying to sign up to pay my bill online instead of by paper.
I have created a Verizon Business account online with username/password and can log in.
When I try to link my Account Number, Order Number, Phone Number, etc. I get to a page with URL https://business.verizon.com/MyBusinessAccount/accountLinking#/add-account . I type in my account number and zip code. I hit "Continue" button. Nothing happens. I try using various methods (Account, Phone, Email) all of them are nonresponsive in the same way.
Have tried different browsers including Edge, Chrome, and Safari. None work.

I dont think i created my Business account, but it was created for me. it was some random created login. it was over 18 years ago so I forget. Beleave I had to call Business support # to get this info or it mighr have been on my orginal order email. Verizon website is soo picky also. it gives me errors on my residencial all the time. try to check the status of an order and it errors out and returns me to totally different page.
