I am on the old plan that includes Apple Arcade and Apple Music. I keep being billed $6.99 a month for Apple Arcade. Apple Music it says I need to enroll and take advantage of it since it’s included in my plan but when I hit enroll it tells me to accept the t&c and I do but then it says “error wait 15 min and try again.” I’ve been trying for 3 months with the same error. I need to find a way to enroll. Apple Arcade I want to cancel or enroll correctly so I don’t have to call every month to get those charges taken care of. It’s like the system has a glitch and I’m about to access the perks but it says I’m not enrolled so I can’t cancel or enroll. I want to get apple one but I can’t because this issue won’t let me activate apple one. I’m about to cancel my account just to see if this fixed the issue.
