When I first got my service I had a refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max and 2 weeks after having it the screen went out on it so Verizon sent me a replacement phone , and I returned the other one by dropping the package off at the post office like I was told I could do . now I’m being charged for a phone I returned and my phone is now off because Iam not paying for a phone I have returned and the customer service reps are no help what so ever one lady told me well you should’ve just returned it to Verizon so it could be easier for us to find it
