Terrible customer service experience with Courtney (refused to reveal last name) though claims to be supervisor of call center. Background - some months back I had experienced horrible customer service experience returning verizon equipment to only store in manhattan UWS where the store rep told me not to come return equipment to his store. The situation was so serious I was on call with verizon customer rep while entering the store (thankfully cops were nearby too) - was awarded a credit to my account for that painful and scary experience returning equipment. Today upon calling verzion customer service and speaking with manager/supervisor Courtney - she has declared that that harrowing experience credit was a mistake and has been issued back. No credit for loyalty or unsafe personnel at verizon stores! In retrospect I should have just asked for the check right away as opposed to use that credit for future billing. Beware - if getting credit please take check right away, the customer experience just awful! ANy recourse to when verizon plays ping pong with credit issued?
