In December we upgraded 2 phones and were offered a promotion that included a “free” watch. We have since been paying $32 per month toward the $500 “free” watch. Of course the people in the store where we purchased are not able to help with this issue.  I have called 3 times and spent over 1 - 2 hours each time. Was told  they would honor the promotion and remove the $500 charge. It is now March and we are still being charged. Now they tell me there is a glitch and it is not my fault but it would be best to send the watch back if i want to be sure not to keep getting charged. I have no faith that if i return the watch, that i no longer want because its been a nightmare, that i will ever get the $500 removed from my bill. No trust in this company. The store can’t help, the phone agents can’t help. There seems to be no record of anything even though i have emails from all the conversations.  Time to look at other options for cell providers.  Any suggestions?
