Dishonest billing

I signed up for internet service on the last day of my billing cycle.  I was charged for an entire month of service PLUS a prorated amount.  For eight hours of internet service, I was charged close to $60.  When I called customer service, the rep told me he could see the overcharge, but nothing could be done. It is against policy to fix charges….I was informed of this after being on hold for 20 minutes. I have been  a customer for 9 years.  Awful customer experience!
