We signed up for verizon internet through a door to door sales representative. We discussed taking the 300mbps plan for $49.99 & that's what we thought we signed up for. At NO time did we approve the 1 Gig plan for $89.99. Surprise, surprise... The order was placed for the 1 Gig plan. We tried to get a copy of the paperwork, but he was less than helpful telling me it should have been emailed to us.. We never received it. I'm not happy about the switch & bait tactic, hoping we would keep the higher priced plan.
