Double Billed

I was billed twice last month (December 3rd and December 31st) for my Fios service. I’ve had this happen two times before and Verizon has done nothing about it. I’ve incurred bank fees that they refuse to pay for due to them charging double my monthly amount whenever they feel like it. I’m considering moving to another  provider because while i like the product, the customer service is awful.
