I had a billing error. Verizon credited money back into my account. 5 months later I have a ding on my credit report. 3 hours on the phone later Verizon says no error and I owe them money. That is your loss for not having your business in order and crediting me back and telling me I owe you nothing. You should credit me the money just got having to deal with your customer service. You’re a phone company and half the customer care calls drop. And I’m in a major metro suburb. Service used to be fine. Something changed. Stop Spending all your money on advertising and build more towers. Just be better.
