Filing a formal complaint

I have been dealing with the insane incompetence regarding my account since OCT 24 -  They are overcharging me from the order that THEY MADE (which I have the confirmation), wouldn't send me the hardware and have since changed the price of the deal (with a new order - that I never accepted).

I have spent days on this and I am done. Customer service, while attempting to be somewhat friendly) doen't answer your questions, they just continue to tell you the script. Every agent has told me something completely different.

I'm at the point where I am filing an FCC and BBB complaint but read that it would be better to have a formal complaint filed with Verizon.

Any thoughts or guidance on this? I just need it fixed and i can't spend any more time on this!
