After closing the account last month, I returned the equipment on April 19 as required, but today I received a bill from verizon for $125. I want to know what this $125 is for? Now I have no way to log into the account to see the detailed bill, because we didn't register the account with a mobile number in the beginning.

Besides, I forgot my account number, so I don't know how to pay for it.

In addition, I don't know if this cost has anything to do with the following, but I want to talk about what happened when I returned the equipments.

I am sure that I returned it with the router and the power cord, but the staff only took away the router. When I confirmed with him again and again whether he needed the power cord, he told me that he only needed the router impatiently.  If this expense has anything to do with it, I DON'T THINK IT IS MY FAULT that caused the cost.

I urgently need to pay the final bill after the disconnection of Fios. Because I am not in the United States at present, I cannot go to the business hall and the international call is too expensive. In addition, for some special reasons, I can't find the account number, so I can't log in and pay in this way. Can someone help me solve this problem so that I can pay the final bill as soon as possible?
