Fios TV Price Increased by $10 without Notification

I went through four months of previous billing statements and there is no mention of an upcoming price increase. Has anyone else experienced this? I am fairly sure this is an unfair practice and have filed a complaint with the FCC.

I called customer service for a resolution and all they want to do is upsell their services even after I've explained I don't want to pay any more than my current bill. After being placed on hold, they return with a bundle that costs more but nothing they can do to keep my services at the current price. I am tired of the upselling for services I do not need or will not use. Like I am completely being ignored. So frustrated and will be shopping around for better pricing. No reason to be loyal.
