I have had Fios for home internet, and I recently switched to Verizon Wireless for mobile (4 lines). I received a letter offering me a monthly discount on my Fios bill for adding mobile. I AM getting the $10 per line discount on my mobile bill, but after multiple chats, calls, and one in person meeting (in which I was told that they can't do anything for me because Fios and Verizon Wireless aren't related????) no one has been able to assist me with enrolling in the discount to my Fios bill. The letter expressly states that I can get BOTH discounts. Any sugguestions?
