I am a new Fios subscriber, with the install taking place a week ago. I am trying to get full access to my Verizon Fios account so I can view my bill, but every time I click the button to receive a pin, the loading circle just spins forever. I've tried multiple browsers as well as the Verizon app and have the same problem.
I spent over an hour on the phone last week with Verizon Support, which unfortunately went nowhere. I would like to know that my issue will be addressed.
