I used my $100 gift card on to purchase Samsung Buds 3 Pro for pick up from a store on March 27, 2025. The store cancelled my order. I called Verizon customer service and was just bounced to multiple departments (sales, wireless, fios, blackhawk etc) , however I have still not received the funds to my gift card. It is unacceptable to wait for a refund for several months. When will I receive the funds back on my gift card? I have called several times. I was told I will get. a new gift card last month but nothing at all and there was a ticket raised but no update. I am really frustrated with the lack of customer service.
I went to store yesterday and they said they canโt do anything. Give me a new gift card
