I am looking back at my Verizon charges in 2024 for tax prep purposes and I am seeing monthly charges of around $60 (not always the same amount) starting in January 2024 and going to October of 2024, always on the same day of the month. I have no idea what these charges are for. I spent 30 min with Verizon Customer Support and came up with nothing. I see that this topic has been discussed before but the responses seem to not apply to my case. Can someone help?

Did you have some kind of ongoing issue where you were contacting tech support regularly? Not sure how this charge gets triggered, but I've seen this being asked about before, where someone is being billed for tech support or some other help from Verizon.
