I have been waiting over seven days to receive the money back to my Verizon gift card that I had used for an online order and then a Verizon support representative cancel the order and never refunded my gift card and now it’s almost Christmas time and that gift card was supposed to be used for two gifts for Christmas and I’m in a bind because no one can seem to give me any answers at Verizon please help!!!
