I have been approved for the Lifeline program recently. They said I need to contact my service and give them my application ID to get a discount. I am trying using it for my 5G Home Internet. I was calling and chatting with the customer service. However, it looks like nobody can't help. I hope someone with the experience can help me with the application. Thank you so much.
