Mobile Fios

I joined Verizon Mobil and Fios in November of last year. 
Why are there 2 separate accounts? I have found I am getting charged for my perks on both accounts. 
Of course mobile can only help with mobile and home can only help with home. This can get very convoluted. 
Does anyone have a contact at Verizon that I can contact about both accounts?
