Payment Arrangement

I had a payment arrangement that I ended up paying 2 days early and was still charged on the date it was scheduled for. It then was applied to my future bill that had just posted which was not the charge I authorized. Customer service could do nothing for me at all and pretty much said It was my fault this happened. I’m livid at this point because I did not authorize this charge. Why would someone who already had to make a payment arrangement want to pay that and then turn around two days later and pay their future bill 15 days early? Verizon needs to fix this glitch. It’s not on the customer to make sure they aren’t being double charged. It makes me question the integrity of the company.
