Pending disconnect order never goes away

Since I moved a few months ago, when making changes to my account, I get the 'Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office' message that never goes away. I have contacted Verizon chat reps several times and they toss me around to multiple different reps who each never address my actual problem and claim someone else can help me.
