Pending order error

Since January I have had a pending order error on my account, therefore i can’t change anything on my account or make a purchase, upgrade etc. I’ve reached out to Verizon idk how many times now and no one will help me, they create tickets “supposedly”  but I never hear anything back.  I’ve been promised refunds, I never get them. I’ve saved copies of all my chats, calls etc.  when did their customer service get so awful? . Anyone have any ideas for me in the mean time??

I am experiencing the same issue. I was told that it is a known issue, and they are working a parent ticket. Hearing that you’ve had this issue since January does not give me much hope this will be resolved. I tried to return everything that I purchased in a corporate store, and they tried to charge me $165 in restocking fees. I was really shocked they would charge a restocking fee for devices I was never able to use bc their software system is clearly getting caught up on the back end.

I’ve had two tickets created and when I contact Verizon to check on the tickets (after the five day promised fixed day) I’m always told that the ticket was input incorrectly and another one needs to be created. I’m at a total loss.  And literally no one at Verizon will help me. I’m about to switch providers and just cancel everything.
