Price increase

I just noticed that my bills for October and November have increased of $10/month. I compared the previous bills for the year and the increase refers to "Your FIOS TV 3.0" which went from $87 to $97. I never received a notification of the price increase, why? After 33 years of being a loyal customer, I believe I deserve a little explanation.

I also have had bill increased $10 with no prior notification. Nothi ng has changed in services Im receiving Attempts to inquire of charges a one hour and 50 minutes by telephone wait finally hung up tired if waiting Tried Verizon Complaint form but didnt answer yes to first two questions so didnt work. Also just recently purchased 2 iPhones 7 at verizon wanted to keep plan paying 129 a month now receiving notices of data charges in February. If I receive no answers here guess go outside of Verizon to get answers. This is unacceptable and POOR customer service!!!
