Price increased again without any notification!

I just received the bill for March, and I'm noticing a $5 increase in price. Upon checking the detail, the internet discount went down from $10 to $5!! I checked on the Fios website and the internet discount is stated as $10. I do not understand why the change and has not received any sort of notifying email ahead of time to explain this change. I really don't understand why a loyal customer always has to be treated with this kind of service. I had to deal with a similar situation back in August and now again!
