I am astonished at how little this company cares about customer service. I have had numerous problems with my TV service (the internet is fine) and every time I report an issue I have to chat. Every chat lasts at least an hour because there aren't enough representatives for the number of calls. Yesterday's chat lasted so long that it automatically disconnected and I did not receive a call back so I didn't get a ticket number. Plus, I have to request credit from another chat instead of it being applied by the same representative. Being a Fios customer is too much work and I wonder if I've made a mistake.
