Teacher Discount Fios Existing Customer

We have GB internet and logged in to apply the teacher discount. We are registered through id.me. Verizon states we are eligible for $15.00 per month off internet.

The website will let us sign up to a new plan with the discount. We already have service. Please look into this for me because it does not make any sense to sign up for a new plan and we already have the service.
