I have been trying to get the Teachers Discount applied to my account for over a month. Unfortunately it has been one rabbit hole after another. Numerous phone calls and chats and I am still no closer to getting the discount. Applying for a discount should not be such a hassle! Can someone from Verizon get this applied for me?

I am having the same exact issue.
I signed up with Fios about 2 weeks ago and have been trying since to get the teacher discount and nothing. I have called tech support multiple times. I only get... "refresh/clear cache and keep trying." Mind you, I have to wait about an hour each time to speak to someone. I've tried on multiple browsers (chrome, mozilla, etc), different computers, and nothing. One of the reps put in a ticket for me, not sure what gets done after that, but it shouldn't be this much of a hassle to get the discount.
Please let me know if this was resolved for you and what you had to do.
