Over the past 2.5 months, I have made repeated attempts to cancel my TV service while retaining my internet service. I have three separate email confirmations of this change, complete with order numbers. Despite this, I have been charged for TV service on two subsequent bills.
I have already filed a complaint with the FCC regarding this issue and intend to escalate further unless it is resolved immediately. I have followed all required steps and provided documentation to support my request, yet there appears to be no recourse or accountability.
