Trying to Cancel Fios TV Service

I've been trying to cancel just the Fios TV service since July 17th, but the order for cancellation continues to disappear. I attempted to cancel the TV subscription twice via chat on July 17th, and then again by phone call on July 18th via supervisor, with each attempt resulting in the cancellation order becoming stuck and eventually disappearing despite being confirmed by email twice and having the agent confirm it.
-- I contacted Verizon this morning, Jul. 23, to confirm once more. The agent I spoke with could not find the cancellation order again made July 17 or 18. She then attempted to terminate the Fios TV service, stating that she would take care of it, but later today called back and said that the order she processed had also disappeared.
-- The Supervisor who spoke with me on the 18th opened a ticket, which was closed with the statement that the issue had been handled, according to the information the Rep I spoke with today Jul 23 was able to pull up, but then stated the TV service is still active and the issue has not been resolved.
-- The Bill cycle ends today, and the representative stated that she will continue to look into this and refund any expenses for this cycle to be refunded as credit if i were to be charged for the full cycle. I'm hoping they can resolve this.
