Unable to re-enroll in autopay

I Have been unable to re-enroll in auto pay since it suddenly stopped two months ago. Every time I try to re-enroll I get hit with the “technically difficulties”/ “Could not process your request” and to try again later. I’ve tried to enroll again from my phone and pc to see if it was an app issue. But have yet to be able to fix it. Has anyone else had this issue?
