Upgrading line nightmare

I got on the Verizon app to upgrade my two lines last week. I paid off both phones and opted to trade them both in. A few days later I noticed I was not charged the entire amount that was originally calculated for me at checkout. I checked the status of shipping and that is how I found out one of the lines was on back order. I never got a notice from Verizon about this or any information on when it would be sent. I received the other phone and went in today to turn it into a Verizon store. The person. Helping me said that it kept giving her an error so she cancelled the trade in and said she resubmitted it. I was then charged $150 dollars later on in the day. When I called to ask why this was. I was given many different amounts that were incorrect on what I paid. I spoke to three different people in customer service about this. Finally someone said that the money would be credited back to me within three days and that I was charged because of the cancelled trade in which I donโ€™t understand because I paid the phone off? So what was I charged for? This has just been really frustrating and I also still donโ€™t have a new phone. Anyone else regretting upgrading their lines with Verizon and how did you go about cancelling it all? I might find a lawyer at this point I am fed up.
