Who can we escalate to aside from the executive office ?
I contacted the FCC and the executive office In Turn contacted me. The associate I have agrees that Verizon erroneously removed a trade in credit from my account. I have had to call over 5xs spending countless hours and his response was it’s a simple mistake.
I was promised a call back by 2 supervisors, credits on my account etc and none of it happened before contacting the FCC.
