I received a Verizon refund with a north lane debit card and every time I try to use it to pay my bill, it says the card has been declined. I even checked the balance through the card customer service and the card is active and has money available. It’s about to expire and I can’t use it.
can someone fix this so I can use the money I was refunded. Thanks!
