Okay,
I've been having this issue now for the past 3-4 years ever since you switched from Fios Home app to MyVerizon app on mobile. It's a list of issues that level down to it being connected to my account with you.
1. I can't use the MyVerizon App, it tells me that my account can only be used on Verizon.com
2. I cant add, change, pay, or autopay my bill - adding any new card/bank account or credit card will make the page refresh and it will be gone (it never saved)
3. I can't change my service I've been paying 70 dollars for 400/400 for over a year now. (however it's 500/500, you don't have a 400/400) I want to switch to a contract or upgrade my plan to the 99 dollar 1/1GB.
4. If I click to change plan it tells me "No, call the number" so I go backwards in the browser and it works. THEN It gives me my current price per month and ADDS the new total to it
example : 79.99 + 99 = 160 (I don't know how it gets to that number.
I have screens shots of it all and can Replicate the issue.
I just want to pay my bill (and pay it at the price i'm suppose to).
Currently when I go to pay per the account bill pay page OR the one Time payment page it tells me "We are sorry, we could not process your request. Please try again later or use an alternative method of payment." And i've tried every card I have, the only one it accepts is Paypal as an input where it saves to the account. I had Autopay set up but It must have tried to take "0.00" or a huge amount because paypal rejected it outright (it didn't try the second form of payment, which means it went over the 5000 daily limit)
Do I need to just make a new account and start over? I have no problem doing that, I just can't afford for my service to go down, I have a business online streaming 24/7....
Please this needs to be fixed. I'm not the only one with this issue.
