I contacted Verizon to see if I could lower my monthly fees. They offered me a new plan at higher speed 300mbps with a flat fee of $149 and a total monthly fee of $30.86. I accepted the plan and I saved this correspondence with the Agent. I also have the order confirmation email showing my new monthly bill would be $30.86. The Verizon technician came out to my house already to update the WiFi. My first bill on the new plan now shows a monthly fee of $61. I contacted Verizon so they could fix this and honor the $30.86 price I was offered, but they wouldnt fix it. They stated the plan I was offered and the order confirmation email I received were a mistake. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I’m super disappointed at how Verizon dealt with this. How can I trust any plan they offer now.
