My 9650 has no ring tone or very very low ring tone. Tried restart and battery out reset. Vibrate works and music works fine.

Good afternoon! SuzyQ brings up a great point. I would like to help resolve this as well. I have a link to all the sound profile information so you can easily check each. If the issue continues, I recommend backing up your information, then performing a master wipe of the device.
