BB Curve 8530 / MMS Messages

Since I have upgraded to the 8530, I have been unable to receive MMS messages. I can recieve pics on bb messenger, but that's it. The store cannot give me an answer...I've tried upgrading, deleting apps,etc. Anyone else had this problem???

You can try dialing *228 option 1, and let the phone program and restart. If that doesn't solve it, then call customer service (*611 from your handset or 800-922-0204 from any phone) and have them check the messaging provisioning on your account. It may be something in the setup that needs to be "fixed".

Thank you SuzyQ for your response. Additonally, I would like to suggest removing the battery for 20-30 seconds. This is called a "hard reset". Often times it resolves the issue you have described.
