Is there another way to login to BB Internet Service? I can't seem to remember my login or password and when I try to create a new account it says the PIN is associated with another account. Is the login the first part of my vzw.blackberry.net address? If I use the first part of that address and click on forgot password, it says it sends it to my device but I never receive it.

I need help or ideas please.

Are you logging in from your phone? If you do this it will ask you if you want to change your account to the device your are logging in from.

Call into technical support. They can assist you with locating your username and resetting your password.

if you don't remember your username/password, resetting it doesn't get the message sent to your phone, then you'll have to have the BIS account reset. The only way to do that is to call to tech support.
